Super Moon

        Super Moon

A super moon is a full moon or a new moon that approximately coincides with the closest distance that the moon reaches to Earth in its elliptic orbit, resulting in a slightly larger-than-usual apparent size of the lunar disk as seen from Earth. This makes the moon appear up to 14 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than usual.

There are two definitions of a Blue Moon; both are are type of Full Moon. If the actually looks blue, it's caused by a rare type of dust in the atmosphere. The 2 definitions are:

Monthly Blue Moon: The second Full Moon in a month with two Full Moons.

Blood Moon

Blood Moon

Blood Moon is a phenomenon whereby the moon in total eclipse appears reddish in colour as it is illuminated by sunlight filtered and refracted by the earth's atmosphere. The origin of the term is religious, at least according to Christian paster John Hagee, who wrote a 2013 book about Blood Moons.
